Pursues the death penalty exclusively against defendants of color
Refuses to prosecute rape cases against police officers, citing “lack of evidence”
Fosters an environment inside the DA’s office that enables sexual harassment
Relies on the testimonies of corrupt law enforcement officers
Initially refused to expunge marijuana convictions
Criminalizes protest by ordering the harassment and arrest of protestors (including many members of BLMLA)
This virtually criminal approach to “doing her job” should be enough for Lacey to resign in shame, yet there she remains, taking tax dollars to continue her reign of corruption and intimidation.
